OMG!!! These were THE BEST chops we've had in so many years!!! The thick cut made them perfect for the "grill-master" in our family giving the rest of us the most enjoyable dinner in a long time! I don't eat a lot of pork but when I saw the chops in the online store I couldn't resist.
I cooked one a week ago and it was so good. I prepared it very plain with just a bit of seasoning and what a treat. So tender and rich tasting.
