All of the berkshire pork I have purchased is truly amazing and well worth the money. The ribs were the best I ever made, same with the roast.

This roast is our favorite cut of pork! Be sure to ask Torm for his recipe-lots of rosemary and don't overcook pork. If you are wanting something special, and high quality, you definitely have to try this roast! You will never buy anywhere else after just one bite!
