These are all within a couple of ounces of each other! BERKSHIRE! Notice the beautiful deep color, not the pale "white" meat you find at the grocers. Full of flavor and ultimate juiciness, ready for so many delicious recipes: pulled pork, tacos, sloppy joes, ..the list goes on. Never any antibiotics, hormones or additives, just pure pork.

This roast melted in our mouth. So fresh and just the right size for us. Highly recommend all their pork products. The bacon is too too delicious.

I slow cooked this roast in the oven for pulled pork. It was DELICIOUS!! Tender, sweet, and moist. I will buy this again.

awesome roast for pulled pork, smoke for 2 hrs at 225° with apple wood, then wrap with foil a continue cooking about 2 to 3 hrs till roast is 200° to 205° perfect!
