excellent, superb and down right tasty

Have slow cooked pork before, but after 6 hours of slow cooking and 30 min flash 400 degree searing this large piece of meat turned into the softest and tastiest pork this side of the Mississippi. Also, used left overs in pork soup and STILL maintained its perfect texture and flavor. Thank you, will be ordering again.
