I had one of these breakfast sausages last weekend. It has been a while since I have had any sausage for breakfast and this was a wonderful treat.
Just enough spice to add flavor to the pork and keep the taste well balanced.

We picked up 2 packs of the breakfast sausages last week with our first purchase from the farm. Absolutely incredible! Very lightly spiced. No unpleasant after taste like you would get with commercially processed sausages. Almost no fat. Without exception, the best breakfast sausages I've ever had!
