I love the way the butcher leaves a small bone in the steak. the fat has a wonderful texture and flavor not found in ANY OTHER steaks! this is literally the best meat! better than Japanese wagyu A5.

Bought these for a client who requested Waygu steak for their birthday dinner. They were very pleased with the product. Shipping was overnight, packed in ice and dry ice. Beautiful steaks peeking out at me once I unpacked the box.

I ordered a 4 pack for a really good friend up north. He is a steak expert on taste and texture ... snob if you must, but he knows good meat. He immediately thawed one out and cooked it and loved every bite, it was perfect in every way. Even his pets liked it and asked for more.
