It was such a wonderful surprise to find this cut of the chuck roast! It is called a 7-Bone cut. Most butchers today don't have a clue when you ask for this cut of chuck roast. thank you so much. Cooked up great! my forst order, mostly beef cant wait to try a Bosten Butt next time.

Chuck is so versatile. We pan cook it and then shred it up for tacos, and machaca and eggs in the morning. Their wagyu is so very flavorful! We have always been extremely pleased with all of their products...and we LOVE this chuck roast!
