Excellent quality

I cut the tenderloin into fillets and cooked one along with another from a shop I typically get my meat from.
Both were great as I don't buy cheap cuts however the texture was different. The non-Wagyu was somewhat mushy by comparison where the Wagyu was more robust but still tender.
The flavor was outstanding.
I don't eat a lot of steak but when I do I appreciate an excellent one...this fits the bill!
