Thaw the frozen ground beef in the refrigerator for 24 hours for best results. This makes great burgers when broiled in the oven.

I love how this comes freezer packed. So easy to stack like bricks in my freezer then thaw in the fridge without fear of leaking or in a bowl with warm water. The meat tastes amazing! Even the fat doesn’t look or taste like normal fat. I’m fact, I get less fat runoff on this meat than I do off the “lean” meat sold at grocery stores. I’ve tried going back to other brands after having this beef to save a $ but with sad results. My husband noticed the difference after 1 bite of the other people’s brand and my kids even refused to eat the meal I cooked! So, now it’s Pasture Prime or nothing!

Great tasting beef and no guilt eating. No hormones, antibiotics or cruel treatment. I can't go back to sub-quality found in the grocery store or even most meat markets. This is what our bodies need.

We couldn't wait to try our first taste of Wagyu beef. Always having purchased from a butcher chain type store we thought we were getting a quality product but there always seemed to be a "taste" to the beef.
So here came the big moment, burgers on the grill, with the homemade mustard they sold us at Brownwood. One bite and we went back to our childhood when beef tasted like beef. It was pure with no aftertaste and we sat there and savored every bite. Now we can't wait to try the other meat products we bought yesterday.
