The best chicken in Florida
From Anonymous of Key West, Florida on .
We have been buying chicken and turkey from this farm for many years. The quality is top-notch and the customer service is amazing. I cook a whole chicken in a Romertoph clay pot, make stock and chicken pot pies.
Highly Recommend. Excellent

You can really taste the difference in these chickens. Came perfectly packed and still completely frozen when I received them via UPS even though the box sat on my front porch for a few hours. I am the only one who eats chicken in my house, so I roast these and use them throughout the week for lunches and dinner. Will definitely be buying more! Thanks for all the love and dedication you put into raising these the way you do.

The quality of these whole chickens are by far the best I have ever had! I make these chickens in my air fryer and them use for the next two days for other meals. So yummy! I am also thankful that Pasture Prime is so close to my house and I can pick up. Although I appreciate the delivery option as well.

I feel very happy with the products I received-whole chicken, chicken livers, bone broth and ground lamb. I will be ordering again
However, packing was not quite on- lamb package had slightly thawed around edges and lamb juice had leaked onto shipping container.

These chickens are large roasting size, giving plenty of meat, great for making bone broth!

Chicken is a big time favorite in the house, plus there are so many things you can do with a whole chicken. Baked chicken with pieces of diced organic carrots and celery with celery hearts and seasoning. How can you go wrong when you start with a perfect chicken? You end up with a perfectly moist bird that has a nice poultry flavor.
Afterwards, I cleaned off all the meat. Debating on making chicken salad, I decided to keep the meat for the soup that was in the making. The bones and the diced carrots and celery that were used for the cooking all went into the crockpot for a nice chicken stock. After simmering for hours I ended up with a perfect stock for soup to which I added the leftover meat and other items. No fat rose to the top of the stock which was amazing. The best ever chicken. Well worth it.
