I don't eat a lot of pork but when I saw the chops in the online store I couldn't resist.

I cooked one a week ago and it was so good. I prepared it very plain with just a bit of seasoning and what a treat. So tender and rich tasting.

Each chop is huge! Recipe called for in the bottom of an oval crockpot. Only two would fit. Prepared in gravy with NoYolk noodles dinner and next day lunch for 2. Looking forward to preparing another two grilled!

These are seriously THE BEST pork chops I’ve ever had!!! I seared them in cast iron and finished off in the oven. OMG they are so juicy and delicious! The meat is just amazing! My husband agreed!!! Best ever!!

Perfect pork chop! Finally a pork chop that hasn't the fat completely trimmed off. More fat is more flavor and I love this product. The flavor of the meat is amazing and together with the fat it is heaven. I am very happy. :-)
