These "Pig Wings" resemble your normal chicken wing but twice the size with that great Berkshire Flavor that we all love so much. The Pig Wing comes from a part of the shank, with a bone in the middle and extremly tender meat surrounding it!

The pork wings were great,i cooked them with 15 bean soup which took a couple hours,and the pork was super tender,i will be ordering more soon
