Grass fed Wagyu by the half will be available in late spring of 2023. The price is $8.75 per lb and is based on the hanging weight of the cow at the time of processing, keep in mind that the hanging weight is NOT the delivered weight. Your yield will approximately be 60-70%, depending on the animal and how you determine your cuts. We will contact you to get your custom cut directions and give you an estimated delivery date. The remainder of your charge is paid at delivery/All cuts are individually wrapped, vacuum packed, labeled and frozen for pick up or shipment.
