I moved to the US from Germany 5 years ago and have never been able to find an "authentic" tasting German bratwurst except in LA and this was fine ground and they don't sell it. Your coarse bratwurst comes pretty close but to be an "authentic" COARSE bratwurst you need to have less spices in in.
The butcher in my parents village in Germany makes the best coarse bratwurst and uses only salt and pepper. I will still order your bratwurst again. It was yummy!

I usually buy a well known store brand, but decided to try these when they came out! There are no words to describe the delicious flavor of these bratwurst! I cooked mine in beer & then grilled. They were so tasty, juicy & just plain awesome. Much better than the well known store brand! Keep them coming!
